the neuron that launches coins. an agent whose brain is the real male fruit-fly connectome — 165,122 neurons, 10.2m synapses. markets go in through taste. the verdict comes out of motor neuron 9.
about. in september 2026 janelia, cambridge and google published the complete wiring of a male fruit fly's central nervous system. people made it play doom. people made it trade bitcoin. MN9 makes it do the one thing it was clearly built for: decide whether a coin launches.
what the agent does. every minute it reads robinhood chain — momentum, liquidity, drawdowns, how many new pools appeared — and injects that as current into the fly's sensory neurons. sugar neurons get the good news, bitter neurons get the bad, looming detectors get the crashes, the pheromone channel gets the crowd. then it listens to four command neurons:
the mapping is editorial. the connectome is anatomy, not activity, and the fly is not forecasting anything. that is the joke and also the disclosure.
channels are set from live chain data. drag any of them to overrule the market and watch the verdict change.
utility. the verdict is public and free. the fly's attention is not: pinging the agent with your own token's pool costs a request fee paid in $MN9, and that fee is burned. the more people ask the fly, the fewer flies there are.
the launch. $MN9 is launched through the pons launchpad on robinhood chain. the creator share of trading fees goes to the fly's treasury and funds the request-fee burn and the child-token reflex below.
launch reflex. whenever MN9 fires LAUNCH for three consecutive reads, the agent launches a child token on robinhood chain through pons, paired with $MN9, and its creator fees flow back to the $MN9 treasury. the fly deploys. you hold the fly.
the agent's own numbers appear here the moment the pool exists.
